3 KICKASS TRAIL RECIPES - BEATING TAIWAN HIKERS AT THEIR OWN GAME｜我跟台灣山友PK菜單 (有中文字幕)

Fed up of eating instant noodles and being embarrassed on trail by Taiwanese hikers and their gourmet dinners, I decided to try and create some cheap, healthy and easy-to-cook trail recipes that I can take on my adventures into Taiwan’s high mountains.

These 3 recipes are what I managed to come up with.
2:04 Thai Green Curry Chicken & veggies (泰式綠咖喱)
4:32 Sausage & veggies pesto pasta (青醬香腸通心麵)
6:55 Japanese style ramen (日式拉麵)

The ingredients are inexpensive and easy to buy. I think you will enjoy them!

Ingredients:
Thai Green Curry Chicken and veggies (泰式綠咖喱):
1 packet of dehydrated rice (bought from camping store)
1 packet of green curry paste (supermarket)
1 packet of coconut milk powder (supermarket)
1 sous vide chicken breast (7-11)
Fresh veggies of your choice (local market)

Sausage pesto pasta (青醬香腸通心麵):
1 portion of quick cook pasta (Carrefour)
1 jar of pesto sauce (RT Mart)
1 vacuum packed sausage (7-11)
Fresh veggies of your choice (local market)
Grated parmesan cheese (supermarket)

Japanese style ramen (日式拉麵):
1 packet of instant ramen (supermarket)
1 bunch of green veggies (local market)
1 packet of hot spring eggs (7-11)
1 portion of cooked meat (local HK lunchbox store)
Seaweed (supermarket)
