Information Technology Project Management

In this course, students will evaluate management principles focusing on the successful planning and execution of information technology (IT) projects. They will apply project planning and management processes, such as scope and resource management, cost and schedule development, risk and change management, and earned value analysis for project control. In addition, students will analyze resource management in project planning and execution, along with essential project management techniques for the success of IT-driven organizations, and the impact of current trends, such as artificial intelligence, virtual team interaction, and cybersecurity, on IT project management.
