Fundamentals of Health Care Management

In this course, students will analyze the fundamentals of health care management and the perspectives on providing health services. They will distinguish the types of health facilities, their structure and components, including the human capital that operates them under the leadership of the health care manager. In addition, they will value the importance of quality indicators in the development and revision of institutional policies, as well as information systems for collecting data that facilitates the measurement of efficiency in the provision of health services.
