Stonesetting: Flush Setting 3 Ways - Part 2
In this video, I discuss creating a flush/rub-over setting using a setting bur. I cover how to burnish your setting, how to know when your stone it deep enough, and what burs to use. I also discuss troubleshooting and the use and care of the different burs used with this type of setting. This video is also the setup for Flush Setting 3 ways - Part 3, which covers flush/rub-over settings with the hart & ball burs. Please see Part 1 first as a lot of the basics like layout, measuring your stones, metal thickness, uses, etc. are covered.
