Old School Towing - Hooking Up Freightliner Columbia

I had to bring my cousin's Freightliner Columbia back up to his house, after it had been stored at my parent's for a little over 2 years. We tried charging the batteries and then jumping it. Eventhough the batteries would take a charge (up to 13 volts) they wouldn't turn the motor over, or start the on-board generator. So, I towed it on home with my 1979 Ford L9000 Old School Wrecker.
