Olympic Speed Skater Joey Mantia Dominates 100 lap Indoor Inline Speed Skating Race

Watch this throwback video of Olympic speed skater and multi-time world champion inline speed skater Joey Mantia holding back a huge pack of top professional inline speed skaters and many Team USA members in a long and crazy race. Joey not only takes home the victory, but he walks away with a ton of cash that he earned by winning nearly every primes lap of the long 100 lap open race.

There were a ton of inline speed skating pro standouts in this race including Kevin Quandt, Chris Creveling, Michael Cheek, Mo Hall, Michael Taylor, Keith Carroll, who took it upon himself to pick up the pace from the first lap of the 100 lap endurance roller speed skating race.

This race was video taped in 2007 at the Easter Tampa Inline Invitational Meet at United Skates of America in Tampa, Florida. The announcer is coach Samuel Johnson of Stardust Speed Club out of the same roller skating rink in Tampa.
