Alec Smith Is “Stoked” to Compete at the West Coast Classic

The pandemic forced many to slow down. For two-time Games competitor Alec Smith, staying healthy mentally and physically were top priorities.

“During isolation, I found my calm mostly by meditating, doing @pliability_, and then talking to people,” he said.

With live competitions back in action, Smith is ready to show off his hard work at @thewestcoastclassic this weekend.

“You can’t really mimic in-person CrossFit competitions,” Smith said. “So, I’m super excited to get that feeling back.”

“We’ve been training really, really hard the past few months here in Tennessee, so I’m super excited to show what I’ve been doing and to prove all my hard work is working.”
