東京音楽隊合唱隊が歌う「愛国行進曲」／ "Patriotic March" by Tokyo Band choir

A significant concert was held on April 10, 2014 (Thursday) in Yokohama Minatomirai Grand Hall. This was a joint concert between the Tokyo Band and the chorus group "Call 77 (Nana)" of the 77th period of the Naval Academy (the last class of the Academy).
The graduated of the Naval Academy has been tightly bound for each class, and had continued to gather every year, but they are quite aged and with this concert, the gathering for all the Naval Academy terminated for good.
The Tokyo Band, which was in charge of the second part of this concert, provided a program containing the songs of those days of the members of 77th class from their childhood to the defeat of Japan.
“Patriot March” was played as part of the program. Ryoji Kawakami and Yukari Miyake with 4 other members sang this wonderful song in a “chorus”.

2014年4月10日（木）横浜みなとみらい大ホールにおいて、画期的な演奏会が行われました。海軍兵学校の最後の期である第77期の合唱団「コール77（なな）」と海上自衛隊東京音楽隊のジョイントコンサートです。海軍兵学校各期の結束は固く、これまで毎年のように同期の集いを続けてこられましたが、この演奏会をもって、海軍兵学校の全ての期の同期会に終止符が打たれたのです。第２部を担当した東京音楽隊は、77期の皆さんの幼少期から終戦までを当時の楽曲で綴るプログラムを展開しました。
　そのプログラムの一環として演奏されたのが「愛国行進曲」です。この素晴らしい曲を、川上良司さん、三宅由佳莉さんら男女６人からなる「合唱隊」が歌います。
