Knee Pain is the most common pain after your back. Knee Pain can be early pain or a late pain due to the osteoarthritic changes or as injuries or is the most common pain after your back. Knee Pain can be early pain or a late can happen while playing a football. It can be because of a ligament injury because in the knee we have 4 ligaments. In arthritic changes the space between the joint reduces, so that gives you pain in your quadriceps muscle also. Today we will be teaching some basic exercises you should follow at home to reduce your pain and strengthen your quadriceps muscle, which will make your life more easy so that you can walks pain free.
