This video is about how to prepare polymer clay for my next stone imitation! Also you can use this dried sheets of clay for any crackle surface project! So I will show you how I preparing my clay for drying!

I will use my favorite Premo clay! To make it dry and brittle you need wait from 2-3 day, and more! (Also, I decided to try for this my almost dried black Cernit)
For this we need to roll out the piece of clay into 1mm thickness layer.
You can leave it just plain black, or add golden leafs at once (or I wanted to experiment with metallic powder).
Than you need to apply lines and texture on the surface. Which will determine the pattern of cracks!
Than we just put the sheets of clay between the paper sheets and put them under the weigh, not very heavy!
And I will show you how we will use this dried sheets with golden leafs in my next video about stone imitation ;)
Это видео о том, как подготовить глину для следующего моего видео о имитации камня! А так же, вы сможете использовать эти пласты высушенной глины для своих проектов с техникой кракелюр!
Итак, я покажу вам, как я подготавливаю свою глину для высушивания! Я, конечно, и тут развернулась и еле остановилась!))

Я буду использовать мой любимый черный Премо! Для того, чтобы глина высохла, нужно будет подождать от 2-3 дней и больше! (А так же, я решила испробовать в этом деле свою почти сухую черную глину от Цернит)
Для этого, нам надо раскатать наш пласт толщиной в 1 мм, не больше ( я так думаю)).
Можно оставить его просто черным (а потом на сухой, перед использованием, положить поталь), или сразу же положить сверху поталь или как я, решила поэкспериментировать, и нанесла еще и металическую пудру на некоторые пласты.
Далее, нужно нанести линии и текстуру спонжа или смятой фольги/бумаги. Это позволит изначально задать рисунок/направление для кракелюр эффекта!
Затем, мы просто помещаем пласт глины между двумя листами бумаги, для того, чтобы пластификатор вышел из глины и она стала ломкой/хрупокй!

И в своем следующему (я надеюсь) видео уроке, я покажу, как мы будем использовать эти сухие пласты для имитации натурального камня!
