Buying a campervan in europe is like being a kid in a candy store, there are lots of campervans to choose from and in every imaginable price range.

Buying A Campervan in the UK can be a good idea too, but when you cross the channel, you must remember that your steering wheel will be on the other side of the car. This can sometimes be confusing, especially if you aren't used to left-hand drive vans.

Whether you call it a campervan or a motorhome, buying a motorhome is an awesome thing to do. It opens the world up for you.

What is living in a campervan really like?
Living in a van isn't for everyone. Vanlife has its challenges, but when you live in a van long term, you start to get a real feeling of home and you lose the nervousness you have when you first start out living in a van. I am not a van dweller and we, kind of, had to buy a cheap RV, because of where we are planning to travel and because of our budget.

The thing is, a campervan really can feel like home, you feel a sense of relief when you get back in it after being out for the whole day.

One of the really big benefits of longterm vanlife is that you can be in the mountains one day feeling like you are living in a mountain cabin, then a day or two later on the beach in your personal beach shack!

Each new amazing location gives you a renewed love for the vanlife lifestyle, living on the road.

If the neighbours annoy you, just drive away! It's that simple.

Your tiny home on wheels can be a total blast, literally one step from the beach if you want it to be. When you get tired of that spot, or just want a change, you stow your stuff and hit the road to the next amazing spot.

It has some downsides, the space you live in is much smaller, but then it is easier to clean too!

Traveling in a van is great too if we have a big day of getting stuff done.

Before we had the van, it was really tough with the kids, now we can make them lunch and throw on a movie, while we get stuff done and they are safe, secure, happy and content.

Which van to Choose?

Choosing a van to live in, the right van to live in for you is a real task. as a new van dweller, you need to decide what is ok for you and what isn't.

We needed to have a toilet, or at least we really wanted one for the baby, as it turned out, it was a really good choice for us, especially with the kids on board.

But this might not be such a big deal for you.
