What Gisele Bundchen Typically Eats In A Day

Either former supermodel Gisele Bündchen is superhuman, or she eats incredibly healthy and exercises on the reg. But while it might be easier to believe the former, Bündchen herself has admitted she's all about that healthy living. Here's what one of the world's highest-earning supermodels eats in a day.

Your eyes may still be half-closed when you reach for your morning coffee, but that's not the case for Bündchen. She told E! News that when she wakes up at 5:30 every morning,

"The first thing I do when I wake up is I just have a lukewarm water with lemon squeezed in. It helps wake up your body and your metabolism, and it just kind of gets things started."

And there are plenty of reasons to share in her beverage of choice. Registered dietitian Stephanie Ferrari told Insider,

"You are jump-starting your day with a good source of vitamin C from the lemon and all the benefits of naturally hydrating with water."

Bündchen's Instagram grid is mostly full of selfies, photos of her kids, and vacations. But, every once in a while, a green juice makes a telling appearance. She once posted:

"Someone is trying to steal my green juice."

And on another pic, she wrote:

"Green juice lover!"

Looks like her kids are into that green juice living, too.
