The Story of OceanGate

OceanGate, Founded by Stockton Rush and Guillermo Söhnlein, was a company looking to bring you to the depth of the ocean. Starting with Antipodes, then Cylops 1, and finally Titan, the company used submersibles to conduct research on coral reefs and map shipwrecks. In 2021 they began using their first fully custom built submersible, complete with never before seen carbon fiber pressure chamber, to take mission specialists down to the Titanic for a whopping $250,000.
