Max Sorenson 1 Year Natural Transformation | Skinny To Muscular (16-17)

Gained almost 25lbs of muscle in 1 year of lifting naturally. Modivation for ectomorphs to gain weight and put on muscle.

For the first 2-3 months, I almost exclusively trained chest 4 days a week, with some shoulders and arms on the 5th day. After that I started to incorperate back, and created a split where I would rest twice a week, then have seperate days for chest, shoulders, back, and arms, then alternate between having chest and arms on my extra day. This split caused my arms to blow up, and it wasn't until about 9 months in until I started training legs (RIP). I chose not to have leg day because of a few reasons. First, I was used to being one of the fastest people I knew, and was always able to jump high and far, so I didn't see a need to make my legs much stronger. And second, I really didn't care about having tree trunk legs. I just wanted my arms to be big asf :)

I took protein powder since day 1, and started using creatine about 4 months in. Rarely used pre workouts or caffeine, rarely used drugs (besides the roids ofc)

I decided to make this transformation to modivate people and show that you don't need to be enhanced to gain a significant amount of muscle in a short period of time. Although I started workout out just as a challenge to see how much I could accomplish in 1 year, I started taking transformation pictures to see progress and to see if other youtube body transformations are actually natural.
