Morning routine (Part 3) - Feeding the birds veggi mash

This is how much my birds love the veggie mash every morning. I mainly use fresh veggies and fruits but I do use some frozen when I cannot get fresh veggies or fruits. My thought is that fresh is best and frozen is ok but you lose some of the nutrients in frozen veggies and fruits. If I do use frozen, I never microwave or cook them, I mainly use water to thaw them out. In the winter, I might use warm water but I really don't want to be recooking frozen stuff.
