Wanna learn BACKFLIPS and back hand springs? Learn this first! || Macaco tutorial
This short tutorial will teach you to get started with the macaco (monkey flips). This awesome acrobatic skill is a great way to eventually learn backflips and back hand springs since it will get you used to the backwards rotation in a stepwise not dangerous manner. Both backflips and back hand springs can be scary and dangerous if you are not used to rotating backwards which is why it can be a good idea to learn the macaco (monkey flip) first.
By learning the macaco (monkey flip), ypou also open up a world of possibilities for awesome acrobatic combos. I hope you enjoy this little macaco tutorial :)
