TOUR OF OUR ITALIAN WINTER GARDEN | The Positano Diaries EP 68

As we are still in lockdown here on the Amalfi Coast I decided to take you for a complete tour of our garden to show you what we grow in the winter. We try to be as self sufficient as possible and are lucky that the mild climate permits us to grow all year round. This is what an Italian vegetable garden looks like in the winter!
Lunch with Carlo was purchased at Da Anna, a shop on the road directly below the Bar Internazionale that sells freshly cooked meals to go.

The salad I made was:
potato
romaine lettuce
curly kale
celery
cucumber
local tuna
some leftover sweetcorn
chopped apple
lemon juice, mayo, salt & pepper
