Installing Pavers - Quick Fix for High Foot Traffic Area of Lawn

This video describes a common issue where grass is unable to grow and/or repair itself in grassy areas of high or heavy traffic. This video includes a time-lapse overview of replacing an area of St. Augustine grass with sandstone pavers.

Note, there are several different approaches to install pavers (e.g., crushed rock or sand base, using mortar, etc.). This video shows a quick and simple solution where all that is needed are the pavers and common garden tools. Each situation will vary and may require additional steps and/or materials. The sandy soil allowed for easy leveling and grading to assure the pavers were firmly seated.
