Instant Pot Pantry Pot Roast - Quarantine Cooking Series

Ok guys... I've decided to film daily recipes or post photos of the meals I'm making from my quarantine stash. I, like many of us, went and shopped at random for whatever I felt could be of use last week. No meal plan. No recipes on the board. Literally whatever I thought was shelf stable, could be frozen, and could be cooked in large batch when possible.

Today I'm posting a very humble pantry pot roast and vegetables made in the instant pot.

I hope this series helps some of you figure out what purpose your newly stockpiled ingredients may have lol.
