To anyone who is considering staying there: it is a very nice, clean and modern property. It’s literally 5 minutes away from the airport which is great. Now, the so called Hip Strip is basically a run down street with your typical gift shops and individuals approaching you left and right trying to sell you crap. They can be pretty pushy. Most seemed pretty high. Overall, we did not feel too safe hanging out there so my piece of advice is: stay on the hotel/resort properties. If you wanna venture out and explore - get a driver. Do not rent a car. Having said that, the restaurant I mention in the video - Tracks & Records, although located just outside the resort, seemed safe and the staff was very welcoming. Good local food yet you have to wait quite a bit for it to arrive to your table. Also, I made a few errors in my commentary: 1/ kayak rentals - $10/person + unlimited time. 2/ jet ski rental - $65 for 30 minutes.
