I Thought I Was Dying | Part 4

I am so excited my doctors and physical therapist have cleared me to do any exercise with light weight and as I feel comfortable! It’s so important to listen to your body whether you’re going through recovery or just working out. Here are my tips on how I’m staying conscious of what my body feels like. Before January 1st I said 2021 would be full of challenges and here I am starting off 2021 with the biggest and most painful challenge of my life. This is how it happened.

This is Part 4 of the series of my comeback. I invite you to follow along with my recovery. We all have a Day 1 when we start something new - whether it's starting a new workout program, recovering from an injury, or reaching for a new goal. Accomplishing new things and overcoming challenges you never expected takes hard work and dedication. But, take it one step at a time and each day you will become stronger.
