CarX in Niles, IL(60714) on Milwaukee Ave Scam

These guys are horrible. I go in there for just a basic oil change and they try to get me replace the valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, transmission fluid pan gasket with flush for just over $1K. Now it is an old vehicle but it never dripped like this video shows. As it turn out the leak was coming from the PCV grommet on the top rear side of the valve cover. Cost $20, labor $0, replaced it myself. I cleaned all the oil off the bottom as shown in this video, and wouldn't you know it, there is no more oil drip. I checked the parking spot where I always keep it and there is no fresh spots on the ground. So low and behold these guys here tried to scam me by pouring some oil on the side to make it drip down and have the vehicle in the air so that I couldn't see the top side. WTF. Why can't such a place be honest? I will never go there again, and neither should you.
