Prenatal (and low back instability) TherEx Flow

This routine was created as a safe for all trimesters exercise program, but would also be beneficial for low back and SIJ pain and instability. With any exercises while you are pregnant, please be mindful of your baby and don’t do exercises that compress baby’s space. If you are in your 3rd trimester, only lay on your back for short times or avoid it altogether. Have a folded blanket handy for kneeling positions if your knees have been sensitive. The purpose of my exercise videos is to provide for you a resource so that you may use movement and body awareness to decrease your pain without pain medication, as well as keeping yourself healthy.
