材料 Ingredients
三百克豬腩排 300g Pork ribs
1.5茶匙生粉+1湯匙水 1.5 tsp Potato starch + 1 TBS water
一茶匙紹興酒 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
一茶匙白砂糖 1 tsp Sugar
兩茶匙生抽 2 tsp Soy sauce
1/6茶匙胡椒粉 1/6 tsp ground black pepper
一隻紅辣椒 (可以用不辣的) 1 red chilli (or non spicy chilli)
一茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil
六克豆豉(清潔好才用) 6g black bean
兩粒蒜蓉切碎 2 garlic cloves (minced)
兩粒蒜蓉切碎(稍後炸成熟蒜) 2 garlic cloves (minced then fried)
適量油 Some cooking oil
