30 Min Shoulders, Back & Arms Dumbbell Workout (All Standing Upper Body Circuit Style Training)
This 30 Mins All Standing Circuit Style Dumbbell workout is designed to build upper body strength in your arms, shoulders & back. I have programmed this workout into 3 sets with 5 exercises in each, repeating 2 rounds. Push through both rounds of the circuit style training and I challenge you to try lifting heavier the 2nd round.💪🏼
