Restoration Rusty USSR Kitchen Knife

Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new restoration project. This old rusty kitchen knife I found as usual at flea market. It's a steak and table knife. The steel is so good and I bought that knife.
Restoration process:
First off all disassembled it and used rust remover liquid to remover rust and the to disassembled part of knife. Then I cleaned part of knife via, iron brush, file and sandpapers finally I polished it and used new brass rivets. For handle, I chose an oak tree and used two components paint and linseed oil. I don't polished blade of knife, I corrected it and sharpened too. As usual made investing knife test for you. I hope, you will enjoy this restoration video.
