| Brian DeCosta's Upper Body Pump Workout |
1. Dumbbell Bench Press: 3 sets, 20 reps
2. EZ-Bar Curl: 3 sets, 10-15 reps
3. Dumbbell Row: 3 sets, 20 reps (each side)
4. Skullcrusher: 3 sets, 20 reps
5. Standing Arnold Press: 3 sets, 20 reps
6. Lateral Raise + Rear Delt Fly Combo: 3 sets, 20 reps (switch every 5 reps)
7. Cable Triceps Pulldown: 3 sets, 20 reps
8. Lat Pulldown: 3 sets, 20 reps
9. Incline Bench Press: 3 sets, 20 reps
10. Seated Incline Hammer Curls: 3 sets, 20 reps
