GTA San Andreas Modding - Making GTA SA Skins

Here's how you do it. Also I will not provide support through the comments. Sorry. Also not taking requests.

Things you need:
TXDWorkshop
Any type of IMG Edtior to extract a .dff and .txd file.
3DS Max
Photoshop or GIMP.
KAM's GTA Scripts
