JOROTO IW9 Compact Foldable Treadmill with Auto Incline | Under $760

Today's video is a review of the JOROTO Foldable Treadmill with auto incline, available on their site for $759. This treadmill has an installation free design, meaning that it arrives fully assembled; all you need to do is remove the packaging, plug in the power cable, and you are ready to go. It has a 3 HP motor, 12 preset speed programs, and a 0.6 - 9.0 mph speed. There are 10 levels of auto incline (0-10% level). It has dimensions of 65" x 31", making it larger than other foldable treadmills on the market. It can easily be stored under a couch or bed when not in use; its folded height is 8.7". Its belt is 20" x 50", making it longer and wider than other compact treadmills I've reviewed. It has a weight limit of 260 lbs and there's a 1 year warranty for free replacement of parts. There are 2 transportation wheels on the front so you can easily move it.

MY THOUGHTS

I was really impressed with this treadmill, it arrived fully assembled, all I had to do was plug it in and raise the handle bars. To do that I just had to loosen the screwed on both sides then retighten them once the handle bar is up. The instructions were well written in English which is another plus.

The belt or running surface has a nice cushion or bounce to it as I’m running and I love the auto incline function as well. The incline adjusts from a level of 1-10 which I was pretty impressed for the amount of incline it could create. It’s not the same as those commercial treadmills you’d find at a gym but for this price and compact size, I think it’s quite sufficient. The belt is wider and longer than other compact treadmills I’ve tried which is a huge plus. I don’t feel like I’m going to slip off the end of it while running.

There are 2 wheels on the front and a metal handle on the back to aid you with maneuvering it. It’s possible to move it on your own, albeit a bit cumbersome, but definitely manageable. It weighs roughly 135 pounds so I feel it’s a solid piece of equipment.

I also like that there’s two cup holders and a cellphone/ tablet holder with an adhesive type material to keep your device from slipping. In my opinion this is a satisfactory mid-range treadmill option.

I tested a few Peloton Tread workouts using the Peloton App, I took classes from Jess King and Andy Speer. Peloton currently has a 30 day free trial for their app which would otherwise be $12.99 a month.
