This is a news report from the BBC showing how to write voice over but whereever possible using the natural sound recorded at the time.

1. This was the fury unleashed in Kyrgyzstan today.
2. The centre of the Kyrgyz capital a battleground between the opposition and the police.
3. There was chaos on the streets, crowds on the rampage.
4. The police tried to drive them back,
5. but the crowds wren't intimidated, even the beatings couldn't stop them.
6. But today they were fighting, the reason, recent elections that the Government tried to manipulate.
7. The day began with a gathering of ten thousand supporters. They blamed the government for poverty and corruption.
8. Kyrgyzstan is more democratic than its neighbours, but the belief the President tried to rig the elections was the final straw.
9. It's unclear what triggered today's violence.
The tension that has built up over weeks in this tiny country, boiled over.
10. The police, battered and bruised, just gave in,
11. and the crowds stormed the building they called the White House.
It houses Kyrgyzstan's government, its where the President and his cabinet work.
12. Inside, everyone had fled, the government's collapse was swift.
13. So the opposition broke into the President's office, and savouring its triumph, mocked him.
14. President Akayev had vanished, his family had fled the country.
15. The opposition has now moved to take control, vowing to restore order and hold new elections.
16. The disputed poll has already been annulled by the supreme court.
17. But this evening it's unclear who's really in charge following Kyrgyzstan's stunning political collapse and whether there are more upheavals in store.
