In 1995, Mel directed and won an Academy Award Best Film for "Braveheart" and in 2004 his "Passion of the Christ" won the People's Choice Award for Favourite Motion Picture. Actress/singer/model Patsy Kensit was married to Jim Kerr (Simple Minds) and Liam Gallagher (Oasis). Hopper won awards in 1969 directing "Easy Rider," in which he co-starred & co-wrote.
