Intuition behind solution: Iterate through the string once recording the last occurrence of each character. Then iterate through the string recording the last occurrence of the current character you're on. Then, while you haven't reached the last occurrence of the current character, update your "end" to the max between your current end and the last occurrence of the next character. Once your inner while loop breaks, you've successfully partitioned the string so add it's length to your result. Once your outer loop breaks return your list that contains all partition lengths.
