Copper Box Construction Update - November 2023

This project has been executed to the highest
standards, boasting stunning views of the River
Mersey. We take immense pride in offering potential

The fifth floor apartments have been fully finished,
and our dedicated teams are diligently progressing
through the building. This week, the fourth floor will
receive it's floor coverings once the decorations are
complete.

Our passenger lift is now in full operation, and we’re on the verge of completing all external works. In
mid-November, SP Energy Networks is scheduled
to carry out a new electrical upgrade, enabling
the installation of new meters for each individual
apartment and a landlord’s supply for all communal
areas.
