Lung is a vital organ of the body. it is constantly breathing air . The air contains a lot of pollutants, chemicals and a lot of harmful things, so it is very important to make our lung healthier and stronger. We can do that by eating more lung healthy foods because food is the fuel for the body.it takes care of the body in many ways, so lung cleaning food cleans the body in many ways. lung cleaning foods could be these rich in antioxidants.so antioxidants are he protective nutrient s like Vitamin A, C,E and Omega. So all the foods rich in antioxidants , we have to eat a lot. Foods could be ginger, garlic, turmeric, lots of fruits and lots of uncooked vegetables ,sprouts because many vitamin rich foods is manufactured. So sprouts are a good source of antioxidants. You have to drink a lot of water as it maintains the circulation in the body, apples. Apples ,they are rich in bioflavinoids, bearing some antioxidant properties. The more the colorful berries you eat, the better it is than grapefruit or citrus fruits for example, cruciferous foods, onions, these are all foods which are rich in antioxidants and bioflavonoids. The thumb rule should be eating atleast 5 fruits everyday and eating lots of vegetable salads everyday, uncooked, so that you get lot of these water soluble vitamins. But of course if you drink water, fluids and coconut water. So ward off pneumonia, asthma, common nose, sinus, allergies etc. So eating these nutritious foods and stay healthy.
