GARLIC TURMERIC RICE RECIPE // Middle Eastern Style Turmeric Garlic Rice With Benefits of Turmeric!

In this video, we show you a Garlic Turmeric Rice Recipe. This is a Middle Eastern Style Turmeric Garlic Rice dish which is packed full of flavour and also has the added benefits of the amazing spice Turmeric. To make the Garlic Turmeric Rice Recipe, you will need:
2 tbs olive oil
4 garlic cloves finely grated
1/2 of a small onion finely diced
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 cup soaked rice (we used basmati rice)
2 cups stock (we used homemade chicken stock, but you can also use vegetable stock)
salt to taste
lemon juice (1tbs)
Optional: garnish the rice with grated lemon zest, fried onions and parsley
