HUGE *HEALTHY* TRADER JOES HAUL | mediterranean diet

hiii friends!!! it's been a while since I shared my grocery haul with you guys and lots of things about my eating habits have changed!! so today I'm bringing you guys a brand new HUGE HEALTHY grocery haul from trader joes & Walmart. I spent a little over $200 and these groceries will last me 2 weeks! I follow the Mediterranean diet as suggested by my doctor for a healthy fertility journey BUT this diet is perfect for just about anyone!! Focuses on lots of fruits and veggies, healthy fats, lots of protein! Very sustainable diet :)
