MY WHOLE30 EXPERIENCE | What Foods I Ate & Final Results
I did a Whole30 and vlogged about my experience! ✨
What IS the Whole30? If you've never heard of it before, Whole30 is essentially a short-term dietary reset where for 30 days, you eliminate processed foods, added sugars, grains, alcohol, and other inflammatory foods - and focus on eating whole foods instead. The Whole30 is designed to "help you curb your cravings and bad habits, boost your metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and calm your immune system." I did a Whole30 for the first time five years ago, and it's what first trained me to start looking at ingredients in the food I eat. I decided to do another Whole30 with my roommate Ana to start off 2021 strong and reset some of my food habits.
In this vlog I'm sharing the Whole30 meals we made, the final results of my Whole30, and some spiritual parallels of things I learned along the way from doing it. Enjoy! 💛
