It was 2000 in Japan. The Miyazawa family lived in Tokyo in a suburb called Setagaya. This was Mikio, Yasuko, Niina and Rei. A normal family who planned to celebrate New Years with the rest of their family. However, that December 31st, Yasuko's mother who lived next door couldn't get ahold of them. Instead of reporting them missing, she pulled out her spare key and walked next door. When she let herself in, she would find them all deceased. Mikio was at the bottom of the stairs, Yasuko and Niina were at the top and Rei was in his bed. They had be killed and there had been many struggles, they had fought hard. They had no enemies and were moving soon due to the Soshigaya Park expanding over their home. The strangest part? The killer appeared to stay in the home long after the murders. He had even left his clothes and eaten their food. Many witness statements were looked into but this case is still unsolved 20 years later.
