It was July 2011 in North Carolina. Laura Ackerson was a mother and a wife, or so she thought. Her world would be flipped upside down by a letter in the mail. After this, a custody battle would ensue and she would be living in fear. Telling her friends, "If anything happens to me, know that HE did it." And then that July, she would disappear and her friends immediately went to police with all their information. Her body would be found in the most horrific way and two individuals would be arrested. Husband and wife who were then blaming each other for Laura's death. What really happened to Laura and is this case really solved?
