So the first category is Video Games. This is a great category to get into because its ungated for one, but it also has fast moving products. You will be gated in certain brands but that’s not a problem if you’re using legit suppliers and follow along what I tell you in my ungating video. If you haven’t checked that video out, I’ll link it on the screen. Just make sure your invoices follow what I show you in that video, and you’ll be ungated in no time.

But again great category for beginners to get into. Just make sure you know how to do proper product research, because on some of these products the price can become inflated and fluctuate quite a bit, so make sure you’re examining all of the data properly. Also, I wouldn’t focus too much on new releases unless you’re getting a screaming deal because those games sell like hot cakes at first, then teeter off rather quickly.

The second category is cell phones and accessories. I don’t think very many people talk about this category but it is such a good category to get into. A lot of products that you’re going to be dealing with are light weight, which means they are super cheap to ship and ROI on these products can be really good.

For example, one of my products sells 50 units a month, slower mover but I don’t mind because I get this product for $9 after everything is said and done, shipped prepped and made available for sale, and I sell it for $40 each. So I profit around $25 per unit, That’s an ROI of 281%. And I have access to this product every single month.

But this category has a range of slow movers high ROI, and fast movers low ROI, just like most other categories.

Alright now the third and final category is Toys and Games. Now a lot of people think they are gated in the toys and games category so they don’t even try, but you’re not. You’re gated in the “toys” sub-category. But there are still a lot of products that fall under toys and games that aren’t gated.

What were going to be talking about is board games. Board games is something I never thought I’d be selling when I started amazon but it’s an easy category to get into. These board games fall under the toys and games category but are not gated. And some of them sell like crazy!!!

Take this board game for example, this is Gloomhaven, I believe it was the top game in 2017. I got my hands on some of these back when the price was a little more consistent and they move like crazy. The sales rank got as low 14 multiple times, which I think comes out to about 6k units sold a month. This one was tricky because amazon was on it, but they shared occasionally, but I wasn’t gated and I was getting them for less than half of what they were selling at the time, which resulted in some pretty good profits.
