The Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan has prepared a story about the school in the village of Hadrut, where the outstanding Azerbaijani composer, musicologist, publicist, playwright, teacher and founder of the national opera Uzeyir Hajibeyli worked.
The story notes that this educational institution was built in accordance with the historical architectural style of Karabakh and became the place where Uzeyir Hajibeyli first began his teaching career.
The great composer taught at this school from 1904 to 1905.
