This Puffed Rice machine is really impressive. The owner said he made it himself, which is quite admirable.
The machine needs to be assembled beforehand, so I arrived at the market at 6 in the morning. I was still half asleep, but the owner was full of energy. Haha!
The popping sound is quite loud, so the owner always announces in advance when it's about to pop.
The owner has excellent skills, popping the popcorn evenly. Each piece is like a cookie enjoyed by elders, crispy yet soft. I like it.
