Cheese Tasting with Texas Micro Farms

Well here we are again. My feet hurt, lol, but cheese has to be made. And herbs have to be grown. And garlic needs to be roasted. And videos need to be wrapped up.

The days are not as long as they used to be. And there is always something to do next. Go figure.

But for now I have to go through the cheese cave and get the cheeses sported out. We lost a lot of cheese being shuffled around for the past three years. And that is sad. In all likelihood there are still more cheeses in the cooler but I am
already making more.

And I will make it up the lost time though soon. I lost too many people for real this year. Too many to even mention. But I am here and I am moving on with it.
