We are getting ready to make up some amazing Japanese food. We made our soy reduction sauce a few days ago. Now we are making the perfect egg to put on top of our ramen. Aka 6 minute eggs 😂😂😂

Today's lesson will be pretty fast because Texas Micro Farms needs to be ready for two markets today. And that takes a lot of work.

And we also need to run into Fort Worth for supplies for upcoming shows. One of those shows will be on making out own alcoholic beverages.

I'm talking about beer, wine, and of course cheese!
