Solar Panels on hinges to find the best angle. It wasn't a smooth ride...

I'm starting from scratch again and take the solar panel off the tilt mount . Now, we use hinges to mount it horizontally, so we can adjust the angle to the sun. This seems like an obvious advantage if we want to built a single axis tracker. Some obstacles with this build and a few coarse words later, and it is done. Looking good so far!
