Taste the Aussie sun!

In this video I show you how I make my Australian Sunshine Hot Sauce.

Like the Australian Sun in summer, this really brings the heat. I’m using a combination of yellow and orange chillies, varying in heat and flavour, which include:

Sugar Rush Peach
Trinidad Scorpion CARDI Yellow
Habanero Orange
Tabasco Yellow
Yellow Naga Brain
Jamaican Yellow Scotch Bonnet
Aji Pineapple
Aji Mango
