My First Mozzarella Sucks.

Cheesemaking Time ! I tried to make Mozzarella Cheese from scratch but I failed miserably 3 times. I AM SO HAPPY ABOUT THIS ! (wtf??) Well, my 3 mistakes are at the very core of the Mozzarella Making process. They are the keys elements to understanding cheesemaking. Coincidence ? I don't think so...
