COOKING FOR WEEBS: Anime food- Eggs from March comes in like a lion

A ramen egg recipe adapted from March comes in like a lion, or Sangatsu no lion.

Ingredients :
6 eggs
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sake
1 tps granulated sugar
-Take eggs straight out of the fridge
-Poke holes on the flat bottom of eggs using a thumbtack
-Put in boiling water for 8 minutes, swirl them around for the first few minutes
-Take out of water and directly into ice bath
-Mix the marinade ingredients in a separate bowl
-Peel eggs and put into ziplock bag with the marinade covering all the eggs
-Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
