2015 Honda CRV Tailgate Switch Not Working

How to troubleshoot the lift gate switch on the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Honda CR-V. This is a common problem in cold weather. The tail gate will not open or will only open after multiple attempts. I will post a second video soon with steps for replacing the defective switch! HONDA OEM Part # for 12-16 CR-V Liftgate Tail Tailgate Trunk-Lock Switch = 74810T0AA02 (w/o SmartKey feature).
