Two suspected fraudsters are in police custody pending a ruling on whether they will be admitted to bail.
Frank Onchangwa Nyabwari alias Stephen Mutinda Ulu and Titus Mwinzi Muthama are suspected to have swindled financial institutions and individuals a total of 10million shillings in just a month. Hassan Mugambi with details on the how the suspects allegedly executed their crimes.
